By using vPilot (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

vPilot is a Salesforce-installed application integrated with Flowise AI, providing:

• Record Summary
• Record-Based Chatbot
• Email Generator
• Knowledge-Based Chatbot
• Call Summary
• Call Script Analyzer

Eligibility

You must have an active Salesforce account and legal authority to access the CRM data processed by vPilot.

User Responsibilities

• Ensure you have the right to process the Salesforce records you use in vPilot.
• Review AI-generated outputs before acting upon them.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality of your Salesforce login credentials.

AI Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a specific purpose.
• You assume full responsibility for actions taken based on AI outputs.

Intellectual Property

All vPilot code, UI, and branding remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your Salesforce data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• You assume full responsibility for actions taken based on AI outputs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to vPilot if you violate these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
